Anime of the Month - Kobato
Its no secret here at 3JP that we absolutely LOVE CLAMP. So it is no surprise that the anime of the for month of January is CLAMP's newest animated work Kobato. This anime shines like a gem in the waste heap that is this fall's anime season. CLAMP waves there magic (clow?) wand again making you really care for the characters in the show even from episode one. And of course this show oozes with CLAMP's beautiful and almost instantly recognizable artstyle in every single aspect of the show. Not much of a story has poked its head yet but thats ok as you will still enjoy the ride as you laugh and cry along with the characters of this show. Bottom line is if your a CLAMP you need to see this period.
Album of the Week: MAXIMUM THE HORMONE - Buiikikaesu
Known for the opening and ending themes of Death Note's second season, Maximum the Hormone's (MtH)music is actually not like that at all. This album reflects that. If one where to describe Buiikikaesu they would have to say 'feel-good heavey metal'. As odd as that sounds, its the best way to describe them. Songs are hard, but always have an upbeat corus, and makes you feel good while you rock out. Have fun biatches!
